Hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog—oh my! If you’re in that wonderfully unpredictable season of perimenopause, this group is for you. Holy Hot Flashes is a place for women to come together, laugh at the chaos, pray through the hard stuff, and encourage one another with the hope of Jesus. We’ll meet once a month on a Thursday night from 6–7pm (because let’s be real, nobody’s staying up late anymore 😂), and we’ll keep the conversation going in our Riverside Church Facebook group the other weeks. Bring your stories, your sense of humor, and maybe a fan—because girl, it’s about to get hot! 💙
